8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• The advance payment is non-refundable as it covers initial work and resource allocation.
• If the client cancels the project after substantial progress, payment for the completed portion is required.
• If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen reasons, we will issue a partial refund based on the work completed.

9. Post-Launch Support & Maintenance

• We offer basic support after project completion for a limited period (as per the contract).
• Any additional maintenance, updates, or feature requests will be charged separately.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party modifications or hosting failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, data breaches, or technical failures occurring after the website is handed over.
• The client is responsible for website security, backups, and content management unless they have subscribed to our maintenance service.
